"Love licks loneliness!!!"
Cold noses are warming hearts all over Anne Arundel County Maryland.
Dedicated volunteers and their pets team up to brighten the days of
residents in long term care facilities, helping loneliness to disappear.
Volunteers are asked to commit a minimum of 1 hour per week visiting a
facility of their choice. Friendships are established and the very
strong human-animal bond brings happiness to everyone. Residents,
families, nurses, doctors, and volunteers all appreciate the power of the
unconditional love pets can bring. Click
